Our First Redline Rideday is officially in the books! We had a blast teaming up with Myrtle Beach ATV and MX park to host this free ride day event! We were thankful for a beautiful day, an amazing turnout, good times on the track, and no injuries!

The event started at 11 AM with riders forming a line at the signup booth to get their wristbands for a free day of riding. We were amazed by the turnout of riders and their families. We had single MX riders, groups of ATV riders, couples on dirtbikes, and kids and parents signing up to ride. After signing up the riders could visit our fully stocked onsite mobile store run by our parts manager Jarret and Fly Rep Mike Smith. They had helmets, goggles, gloves, race fuel, boots, tires, and many other parts and accessories for sale. We also had our product specialist Taylor onsite with KTM Rep Brad to go over some details of the five KTM bikes we had on display. After visiting our mobile store and grabbing some food at the Kurbside Katering food truck everyone was ready to get on the track!

Myrtle Beach ATV and MX park had 4 smaller tracks open all day for riders and a main race track that was open to each class for 15 min sessions throughout the day. Our product specialist and local pro rider Zach Nobrega helped run the track with the tracks owner Greg and also taught a class for newer riders. It was awesome to see so many little riders getting into the sport and learning the ropes. And on the big track it was fun to watch the pros soar through the air over some huge jumps.

We had two main events for the day: a group relay race, and a fastest lap event. We had 11 teams of 5 riders for the relay race with each team comprised of amateur to pro riders. Lots of spectators gathered to watch the relay race and it was a good show! Only a few riders participated in the fastest lap contest until the other participants graciously decided to let the main track open back up to free riding. The riding continued until almost dark and then it was time for trophies, prizes, and lots of free swag.

At 4:45 PM Jarret and Zach climbed on top of the Redline toy hauler to announce the awards ceremony was going to start. They awarded a can of VP race fuel to the hole shot winner, a tire to the fastest lap winner, and trophies and prizes to the relay race winners. Then it was time for free swag. They threw KTM, FLY Racing, and lots of other free items into the crowd gathered around. Who doesn’t like free stuff? It was a great way to end our first Redline rideday! Thank you to all the riders and families that came out for this event. It was a perfect day and amazing group of people. Huge thanks to Myrtle Beach ATV and MX park for hosting and keeping the track in great condition. We are excited to do this again soon and look forward to seeing you all at the next Redline rideday!
